1.What languages do you speak?

I can host weddings in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Many couples choose a mix of languages so that all guests can feel included and engaged throughout the evening.

2.What’s your background and experience?

I was one of the radio program hosts at FM96.1 in Vancouver for 8 consecutive years and have hosted hundreds of weddings across Canada.

In addition to weddings, I also have experience hosting corporate and community events. For example, I was selected to host the Richmond Centre Lunar New Year celebration in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

3.What services do you provide?

My goal is to help make your wedding reception smooth, engaging, and memorable for both you and your guests.

Services may include:

• A virtual meeting to learn more about you both and any special requests or preferences for your wedding.
• Suggestions for your wedding reception timeline and rundown if you do not have a wedding planner.
• Coordination and execution of your planned schedule to help keep the evening running smoothly.
• Interactive games, fun segments, and entertainment ideas to help create a lively atmosphere.

I also have experience in live singing performances and have been invited to perform at various community and stage events over the years, including events held at UBC Thunderbird Stadium and River Rock Show Theatre. Singing segments can also be discussed if you are interested in adding something extra special to your reception.

Every wedding is different, so pricing depends on the type of event, duration, location, language requirements, and any special requests.

5.How do I reserve my wedding date?

Feel free to contact me to discuss your wedding plans, ideas, and availability. Your wedding date will only be reserved upon receiving a non-refundable deposit.

6.Do you help with wedding games and reception flow?

Yes. I can suggest games, interactive segments, and reception ideas based on your wedding style and guest demographics. Whether you prefer something elegant, fun, traditional, or energetic, I can help tailor the flow of the evening accordingly.

7.Do we need to provide a full wedding rundown before the event?

Not necessarily. Some couples already have a detailed timeline prepared, while others prefer more guidance. I’m happy to work with either approach.

8.Do you travel for weddings?

Yes. I primarily host weddings in the Greater Vancouver area, but destination and out-of-town weddings may also be available depending on schedule and travel arrangements.
